Are you aware that as a Member of the Indian Creek Rec Club, you are most welcome to host a private party?  Many choose this option for summer birthdays – Children & Adults, End of season sports parties, and many other activities including scouts, etc.  Along with being a great benefit for the member, this is also a much needed fund-raiser for the ICRC while still being more affordable than bowling, skating, climbing, or ceramics.  You may also bring anything you want to serve unlike the restrictions you have elsewhere.

The fees during regular pool hours are Guest fees and all current members are free!  There are a few rules that must be followed to insure that the membership at large is not inconvenienced, such as number of attendees, location, set up, clean up, etc.  You must also pre-register all parties during regular pool hours to insure the proper number of guards are on duty.  We’d also ask you to consider using the pool for these private parties at times that aren’t the busiest – possibly mid to late afternoon and into the evening.

If you are looking for something a bit more private and will have a large attendance, consider renting the pool after hours and it’s all yours! 

Hours of  availability:  8-11 PM
Rate:  $100 plus the cost of lifeguards – minimum of 2 required and more if necessary depending of the number of guests.  ($15/hour per guard)

Dates are based on availability and no Private Parties will be permitted on dates that a Social Event is scheduled for the entire membership.
