Employment at Indian Creek

Each summer, we employ the following positions:

Pool Manager
Lifeguards
Pool cleaners
Snack Shack Workers

Lifeguards are required to have their current certification in American Red Cross Life Guard, CPR & Standard First Aid. All other employees must be at least 14 years of age by May 10, 2011. Proof of age to be submitted with application for new hires.

**This year, Lifeguards will be required to teach multiple sessions of swim lessons as part of their employment with ICRC.

This is a fantastic opportunity for children of members to be employed but please be aware that there will be no preferential treatment and all employees will follow the same disciplinary structure if warranted. The relationship is with the employee, and not the member/parents.
